Capabilities Overview
Leeds Valve is able to design and build control and isolation butterfly valves in sizes from 2" to 84" in a very wide range of materials, ranging from cast steel to stainless steel, Hastelloy™, Duplex, aluminium bronze and titanium alloys.
Design
Using the latest 3D CAD Solid Modelling software, our experienced design engineers can create optimum designs to internationally recognised valve standards. We have recently upgraded our entire CAD Design Department with both new hardware and the latest software to increase our internal design productivity, as well as improving file format compatibility with our customers and suppliers.
Quality
The Leeds Valve Quality Management System is approved to ISO 9001:2008 by Lloyds Register.

Machining
Recent investment in our computerised machining centers has enabled us to dramatically reduce our manufacturing lead times. We now have the capability to machine components in-house from 2" to 100".
Testing
Our standard testing procedure is to API 598 and are also capable of testing to individual customer requirements.
