Vulcanised Rubber Lined Butterfly Valves
Vulcanised Rubber Lined Butterfly Valves are fitted with a liner that is chemically bonded to the valve body. This prevents movement of the liner and offers exceptional reliability for Control or On/Off valves with Shut Off to ANSI /FCI 70-2 Class VI .
Liners are machined to size after they are vulcanised, enabling non standard sizes to be easily produced.
This design can enhance operational life by the avoidance of liner distortion which can create scuffing in a normal loose lining design of valve.
